T'S Fried Steak - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. round steak (3/4-inch thick)
salt and pepper
flour
1/4 c. cooking oil
4 Tbsp. water
Preparation
-
Rub steak with salt and pepper.
Pound as much flour in steak as possible.
Brown slowly on both sides in hot cooking oil.
Add water.
Cover and steam.
Simmer a few minutes until tender. Makes 6 servings.
