No Knead Cream Cheese Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. dry yeast
    1 tsp. sugar
    1/2 c. warm water
    1 c. milk
    3 eggs, beaten
    1/2 c. butter, melted
    1/3 c. extra sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    4 1/2 to 5 c. flour (all-purpose)
    1/2 c. extra butter, melted
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in warm water with 1 teaspoon of sugar.
    Melt 1/2 cup butter.
    Add milk and beaten eggs, then add yeast mixture. (Make sure butter isn't hot or it'll kill the yeast.)
    Add extra sugar and salt.
    Stir in flour; do not get too thick or it'll make heavy dough.
    Cover tightly and let stand in fridge for 6 hours, overnight or up to 2 days.
    Roll dough on floured surface 1/2 inch thick.
    Spread with 1/2 cup extra melted butter.
