Church Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 lb. fryer or chicken breasts
2 cans cream of chicken soup
16 oz. (or less) sour cream
2-3 Tbsp. poppy seed
1 sleeve Ritz crackers
1 stick margarine (or less)
Preparation

Boil chicken.
When cool, debone and chop into small pieces. Place chicken in bottom of 2 quart oblong casserole dish.
Mix together 2 cans cream of chicken soup, poppy seed and sour cream. Pour mixture over chicken.
Crumble Ritz crackers over mixture and drizzle margarine over cracker crumbs.
Cover and bake in preheated 350\u00b0 oven for 20 minutes.
Remove cover and continue baking for additional 10 minutes or until casserole is bubbling. Be sure cracker crumbs are browned.
Serves 6 or more.
