Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. cooked squash, drained, mashed and salted (can use canned)
    1/4 c. onion, chopped
    1/4 c. mayonnaise
    1/4 c. grated cheese
    1 tsp. sugar
    1 egg
    1/2 c. Ritz or Hi Ho crackers, crushed fine
Preparation
    Mix all together; save part of the cheese to spread on top. Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 about 25 to 30 minutes.
