Carol'S Enchilada Goo! - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. of 36 corn tortillas, sliced into quarters
    1 large onion, diced
    2 cans cream of chicken soup
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    2 cans nacho cheese soup
    1 lb. Velveeta cheese, cut in small chunks
    1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes with green chilies
    2 cans evaporated milk
    1 large pkg. grated Monterey Jack
    1 large pkg. grated Cheddar cheese
    1 lb. hamburger, browned and drained
    1 can green chilies, chopped (optional)
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together except tortillas and hamburger meat.
    Put on low heat; stir constantly.
    After melted, add hamburger meat and set aside.
    Put tortillas on bottom of a very large rectangular pan.
    Put a layer of hamburger mixture, then tortillas, then hamburger
    mixture.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour. Makes at least 20 servings.
