Steak With Roquefort Butter - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 flank steak (about 1 1/2 lb.)
1 bottle Kraft Miracle French dressing
1/4 c. butter or margarine
1/2 c. Roquefort cheese
1 clove garlic, minced
1 Tbsp. chopped chives
2 Tbsp. brandy
Preparation

Marinate flank steak in French dressing for several hours. Remove flank steak from marinade and broil on both sides. Transfer to platter and slice diagonally into 1/4-inch strips. Spoon Roquefort butter over meat.
