Aunt Helen'S Hominy Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (15 oz.) cans yellow hominy with green and red peppers, drained
    1 can mushroom soup
    1 small onion, chopped
    1/2 stick margarine
    8 oz. jar cheese spread
Preparation
    Place onion and margarine in saucepan.
    Saute until onion is clear.
    Add cheese and soup.
    Stir until smooth.
    Add hominy. Pour into casserole.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
