Sausage Balls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. sausage (Italian sweet) or 1/2 lb. hot Italian and 1/2 lb. sweet Italian
1/2 lb. grated Cheddar cheese
1 c. Bisquick
Preparation

Mix loose sausage meat, cheese and Bisquick together.
Shape into small balls, about 1 1/2-inches in size.
Bake on cookie tray at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes if frozen or for 20 minutes if thawed. Delicious.
Makes 100 cocktail balls.
