Rum Or Bourbon Balls - cooking recipe
Ingredients
- 
                            2 c. pecans, chopped fine
 
2 c. vanilla wafer crumbs
4 Tbsp. cocoa
2 c. powdered sugar
3 Tbsp. white Karo syrup
1/2 c. rum or bourbon
Preparation
- 
                            Mix all ingredients together using about one rounded teaspoonful of the mixture; form small balls.
 
Roll in extra powdered sugar or chopped nuts.
Store in tightly covered container.
Layer with wax paper, making sure they are not crowded.
