Hamburg Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. diced onion
    1 c. diced celery
    1 large green pepper, diced
    1 can tomato soup and 1 can water
    1 lb. hamburg
    double pie crust
Preparation
    Saute onions, pepper and celery until soft.
    Add hamburg and simmer until cooked through.
    Add tomato soup and water.
    Simmer until it thickens.
    Pour in pie shell.
    Cover with rest of pie dough.
    Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven until golden brown.
