Jellied Cranberry Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (3 oz.) pkg. raspberry jello
3/4 c. boiling water
1/2 c. pineapple juice
grated rind from 1 orange
1 small orange, cut into chunks
1/2 c. pineapple bits
1/4 c. chopped nuts
1 can whole cranberry sauce
Preparation

Prepare jello with boiling water and cold pineapple juice. Allow to cool and partially set.
Add remaining ingredients.
Mix well.
Pour into mold.
Place in refrigerator.
Prepare a day or so ahead of serving.
