Million Dollar Dessert - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. flour
1 stick butter, softened
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. powdered sugar
1/2 large container Cool Whip
2 small pkg. instant chocolate pudding
3 c. milk
1/2 large container Cool Whip

Preparation

First Layer:
Combine flour and butter until crumbly.
Press into a 12 x 8-inch pan.
Sprinkle with nuts.
Bake 15 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Let cool.
