Rice Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 chicken breasts, cooked
1 c. Minute rice
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 pkg. (1 lb.) frozen chopped broccoli
Preparation

Cook breasts until done.
Remove and add enough water to make 2 cups liquid.
Add cooked rice (as directed on package), then add soup.
Pour into baking dish (9 x 13 x 2-inches).
Place broccoli around edge of dish.
Place chicken down center of dish.
Lay pimento in for garnish.
Cover and cook at 350\u00b0 or until broccoli is done, 20 to 30 minutes.
Can add more broth if needed.
