Chicken And Wild Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 5 chicken breast halves
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 large onion, sliced
    1 c. sherry
    1/2 lb. mushrooms, sliced
    1 c. sour cream
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    6 oz. wild rice mix
Preparation
    Boil chicken, salt, pepper, onions and sherry with enough water to cover for 1 hour.
    Debone and cut chicken into chunks. Save onions and use liquid to make rice according to package directions.
    Mix all ingredients including cooked onions.
    Put into greased casserole.
    Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
