Crab Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. minced shallots or green onions
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1 c. crabmeat or imitation lobster
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1 pkg. spinach, cooked and well drained
    1 1/2 c. shredded cheese (Swiss, Cheddar or Mozzarella)
    3 eggs
    1 c. half and half or milk
    1/2 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper and nutmeg
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    dried parsley
    9-inch pastry shell
Preparation
    Saute onions in butter 2 minutes.
    Mix in crab, flour and spinach. Sprinkle half of the cheese in bottom of pie shell. Spread in crab/spinach mixture. Top with remaining cheese.
    Beat eggs, cream, etc., until mixed but not frothy. Pour over pie. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
