Bran Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. bran cereal
    1 1/4 c. milk
    1 egg
    1/4 c. vegetable oil
    1 1/4 c. flour
    1 Tbsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. sugar
Preparation
    Measure cereal and milk in
    a large mixing bowl. Stir to moisten and soften a few minutes. Add egg and oil, mixing well. Add flour, powder, salt and sugar. Blend. Divide batter evenly in 12 greased muffin or cupcake pan cups.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 18 to 20 minutes.
