English Muffin Bread (Microwave)(Raisin Cinnamon) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 c. unsifted flour
    1/2 c. raisins
    2 pkg. active dry yeast
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    2 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. baking soda
    2 c. milk
    1/2 c. water
    cornmeal
Preparation
    In
    a\tlarge
    bowl
    combine
    3
    cups
    flour,
    raisins, undissolved
    yeast,
    sugar,
    salt,\tcinnamon
    and baking soda. Combine milk
    and
    water; heat until very warm.
    Gradually add to dry ingredients
    and beat well.
    Stir in remaining flour to make a stiff batter.
    Spoon
    into 2 (8 1/2 x 4 1/2-inch) or (9 x 5-inch) loaf dishes, which have been greased and coated with cornmeal. Cover and let rise in a warm place for 45 minutes.
