Vanilla Frosting - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/4 c. butter
2 1/2 c. powdered sugar
1 egg white
1/2 tsp. vanilla
food coloring

Preparation

Cream butter.
Add sugar alternately with egg white, beating until light and fluffy.
Blend in vanilla and food coloring. Makes 1 cup.
