Holiday Cheese Ball - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. pkg. light cream cheese
    1 small can crushed pineapple, drained
    1/4 c. green pepper, diced
    2 Tbsp. onion, chopped
    2 Tbsp. pimento (optional)
    1/2 c. parsley flakes
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Allow cheese to soften at room temperature.
    Gradually add drained pineapple, green pepper, onion, pimento and salt.
    Chill 24 hours.
    Roll cheese mix into ball and in parsley flakes. Freezes well.
