Hash Brown Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. frozen loose pack shredded potatoes, thawed
    4 Tbsp. light margarine, melted
    1 c. diced, fully cooked lean ham
    1 c. shredded light Cheddar cheese
    1/4 c. diced green pepper
    2 eggs or 1/2 c. egg substitute
    freshly ground pepper to taste
    1/2 c. skim milk
Preparation
    Press hash browns between paper towel to remove excess moisture.
    Press into the bottom and up the sides of an ungreased 9-inch pie plate.
    Drizzle with melted margarine.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
