Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 c. mayonnaise
    2 eggs, well beaten
    1 c. sharp cheese, grated
    4 Tbsp. chopped onion
    1/2 c. crushed Ritz crackers
    4 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Cook (or steam) the broccoli for 5 or 6 minutes; drain well. Combine soup with the mayonnaise, eggs and cheese.
    Add onion; mix well.
    Pepper to taste.
    Add broccoli; mix well.
    Spray a casserole dish with cooking spray.
    Pour in mixture.
    Top with crushed Ritz crackers.
    Top with margarine.
    Bake for about 30 minutes in a 350\u00b0 oven.
