Peach Cobbler - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 stick butter
1 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder
1 c. milk
3 c. sliced fresh peaches
Preparation

Heat oven to 375\u00b0.
Put butter in baking dish to melt.
Sift together flour, sugar, salt and baking powder.
Add milk all at once.
Stir to blend.
Spread butter over bottom of pan.
Add 1/2 of batter.
Arrange peaches over the batter.
Pour on the rest of batter.
Bake 45 minutes or until brown.
Serve with cream or ice cream.
