Snickerdoodles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. shortening
    2 eggs
    2 tsp. cream of tartar
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    2 3/4 c. flour
    1 tsp. soda
    2 Tbsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients thoroughly.
    Roll into small balls, then roll balls in mixture of 2 tablespoons of sugar and 2 tablespoons of cinnamon.
    Place balls on ungreased cookie sheet and bake at 375\u00b0.
    Do not overbake.
    Take out before cookies get brown, 8 to 10 minutes approximately.
