Oxtail Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. oxtails
    vegetables (canned or frozen)
    1 onion
    pepper
    salt
    onion or garlic powder
Preparation
    Season oxtails using garlic/onion powder in 4-quart pot.
    Boil meat at medium-low temperature for 1 1/2 hours.
    Add onion, vegetables and more seasoning (your taste).
    Once vegetables have been added, cover pot and let it come to a boil.
    After it reaches boiling point, lower heat to medium low setting and continue to cook for an additional 1 1/2 hours until vegetables are tender.
