Crunchy Sweet And Sour Pork - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. lean pork
    1/4 c. water
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. vinegar
    1 c. pineapple juice
    3 Tbsp. soy sauce
    3/4 c. green pepper
    1/4 c. onion
    1 large can chunk pineapple
Preparation
    Cut pork into bite-size squares. Brown in own fat. Add water. Cover and simmer until pork is tender. Combine brown sugar, cornstarch, salt, vinegar, juice and soy sauce. Cook 10 minutes. Pour sauce over pork; let stand 30 minutes. Add remaining ingredients and cook 3 minutes. Serve over rice.
