Egg Rolls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. cole slaw mix
1 lb. ground beef
1 lb. sausage
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. sugar
1 can bean sprouts
1 tsp. Accent
1 tsp. soy sauce
onion chives
2 pkg. egg roll wrappers
1/2 c. water
3 Tbsp. cornstarch
Preparation

Cook and drain ground beef and sausage.
Mix with water and cornstarch.
Take wrapper and lay diagonal.
Put paste on 3 corners.
Put 2 tablespoons of ingredients in center and fold bottom corner up first.
Roll tightly.
Deep-fry until crisp. Freezes well.
