Hamburger Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 unbaked 9-inch pastry shell
    1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 1/2 c. chopped Cheddar cheese
    1/2 c. milk
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 1/2 c. onion, chopped
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    dash of salt and pepper
Preparation
    Brown meat and drain.
    Blend milk, eggs, cornstarch and mayonnaise until smooth. Stir in meat, cheese, onion, salt and pepper.
    Turn into pie shell. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
