Hot Scrod - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. cod fillets
8 oz. French dressing
1 c. chopped celery
1 can mushrooms
1 c. light mayonnaise
1 c. milk
10 oz. pkg. Swiss cheese, grated
8 crushed Ritz crackers, tossed in 1 Tbsp. melted butter
Preparation

Cut fish into bite-sized pieces and marinate in dressing 2 hours.
Add celery and mushrooms to fish.
Mix mayonnaise, milk and grated cheese.
Combine all ingredients, except crackers.
Place in casserole.
Cover with crumbs.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
