Horseradish Cheese Balls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 rounded Tbsp. prepared horseradish
1 tsp. onion powder
1 c. finely chopped beef (dried beef or ham)
1 c. chopped fresh parsley
Preparation

Beat the cheese until smooth, may have to add 2 to 3 tablespoons milk to reach smooth stage.
Add horseradish and seasonings, then the beef and mix well.
Shape into balls and refrigerate until very firm.
Take from refrigerator and roll balls in fresh parsley.
Return to refrigerator and chill again.
