Cheese Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 head cauliflower, chopped
    1 bunch broccoli, chopped
    3 carrots, diced
    4 potatoes, diced
    1 onion, chopped
    5 chicken bouillon cubes
    2 cans cream of celery soup
    1 1/2 to 2 lb. Velveeta cheese
Preparation
    Bring to boil the cauliflower, broccoli, carrots, potatoes and onion in 1 quart of water.
    Stir occasionally.
    Add bouillon cubes.
    Cook 10 to 15 minutes.
    Add soup and cheese.
    Simmer until cheese is melted.
