Pork Chop Supreme - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 pork chops
    mustard
    salt and pepper
    plain flour
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
Preparation
    Spread each side of chop with thin layer of mustard.
    Salt and pepper to taste.
    Coat with flour.
    Fry in hot oil.
    After browning on both sides, lower skillet to simmer.
    Mix soup with 1 can of water.
    Pour over chops and simmer until tender.
    May be served over rice.
