Wild Rice Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. wild rice
1/2 c. butter or margarine
1/2 c. sliced celery
4 c. chicken broth
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 c. mushrooms, cut in half
Preparation

Cook and stir wild rice, celery and onion in butter until onion is tender.
Pour into ungreased casserole.
Heat broth to boiling.
Pour over rice and add mushrooms and salt to taste. Cover and bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 45 to 60 minutes.
