Ingredients

4 egg yolks
1/2 c. sugar
1 c. low-fat milk
1/2 c. brandy
4 Tbsp. strong brewed Espresso
2 pkg. (12 each) small ladyfingers
2 oz. semi-sweet chocolate, grated
4 tsp. Nestle Quik
8 oz. Ricotta, mascarpone or light cream cheese
2 c. whipped topping or 1 c. heavy cream, whipped
Preparation

Combine in glass measure the egg yolks, sugar and milk; microwave on High 2 to 4 minutes, stirring with a whisk twice, or just until slightly thickened.
Set in bowl of ice water to cool.
