Stuffed Baked Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium baking potatoes
    1/2 lb. bacon
    6 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 c. sour cream
    4 green onions, sliced
    1/4 c. milk
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Microwave.
    Bake potatoes on High, 16 to 17 minutes.
    Cook bacon until crisp.
    Drain and crumble.
    Cut top quarter off of potatoes.
    Scoop out the inside.
    Reserve shell.
    Mash potatoes until smooth.
    Beat in butter, sour cream, milk, salt, pepper and Parmesan cheese.
    Mix well.
    Stir in green onions and all but 1/4 cup crumbled bacon.
    Sprinkle 1/4 cup bacon over top of potato mixture after placing back in shells.
    Place on baking sheet. Bake in 400\u00b0 oven 20 minutes or until lightly browned.
