Barbecue Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 tsp. salt
    2 c. beef stock
    1/2 c. mustard (yellow)
    1/4 c. Worcestershire
    crush red pepper and chili pepper to taste
    1/4 c. liquid smoke
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/4 c. brown sugar
    1/4 c. vinegar
    6 oz. tomato paste
Preparation
    You can use 3/4 cup molasses instead of sugars.
    Simmer for 2 hours.
    Keeps well in fridge.
