Salsa - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    25 to 30 tomatoes, peeled and chopped
    5 green peppers, chopped
    5 onions, chopped
    10 small buds garlic, minced
    5 to 10 jalapeno peppers, seeded (except one)
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. cider vinegar
    1 Tbsp. salt
Preparation
    Cook down to thicken (about 3 hours).
    Seal in sterile jars. Makes 6 to 8 pints.
