Coconut Delight - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. margarine
1 1/2 c. flour
3/4 c. chopped pecans
1 pkg. cream cheese
1 c. Cool Whip
1/2 c. powdered sugar
1/2 c. toasted coconut
1/2 c. shredded coconut
2 1/2 c. milk
2 pkg. coconut instant cream jello pudding mix
Preparation

Fold together and pour over cool crust.
Reserve toasted coconut for topping.
Let set and chill well.
Spread Cool Whip on top and 1/2 cup toasted coconut.
Keep cool.
