Lemon Curd - cooking recipe

Ingredients

4 eggs, beaten
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. lemon juice
1/2 c. butter
1 Tbsp. grated lemon rind

Preparation

Combine all ingredients in top of a double boiler.
Stir well.
