Lasagne Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    9 lasagne noodles
    1 onion
    1 stick butter
    1 pkg. Cheddar cheese
    8 c. instant mash potatoes, cooked to pkg. directions
Preparation
    Cook noodles to package; drain.
    Cut onion into small pieces. In 13 x 9-inch buttered pan, layer noodles on bottom, then potatoes, onion and cheese; repeat.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
    Cool for 5 minutes.
    Serve.
