Mexican Hot Chili - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 lb. hamburger
2 medium onions
4 sticks celery (optional)
3 to 4 Tbsp. chili powder
1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
1 tsp. paprika
2 Tbsp. cumin powder
1/2 tsp. black pepper
4 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. garlic powder
1 (46 oz.) can tomato juice
2 cans chili beans or red kidney beans
Preparation

Peel and finely dice onions and celery.
Brown in heavy pot with ground beef (drain).
Add seasonings.
Cook together a few minutes.
Add tomato juice and simmer about 1 hour.
