Ingredients

1 1/2 c. cooked, mashed sweet potatoes
1 stick butter
1 1/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg
1/8 tsp. allspice
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla extract
2 eggs, well beaten
1 c. evaporated milk
1 (9-inch) pie shell

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Mash potatoes while still hot.
Add butter; mix until all melted.
