Zucchini Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

6 to 8 c. zucchini, diced or rings
1 1/2 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
small onion, diced
1 1/2 c. Bisquick
5 eggs, slightly beaten

Preparation

Grease casserole.
Layer ingredients in casserole and pour eggs over top.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 45 minutes until slightly brown.
