Scotch Chocolate Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
2 eggs
1 stick oleo
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1 c. water
1 tsp. vanilla
4 Tbsp. cocoa
1 c. buttermilk
1 tsp. soda
Preparation

Sift flour, sugar and salt into mixing bowl.
Put oleo, oil, water and cocoa in saucepan.
Bring to rapid boil.\tPour over flour
mixture.
Beat
well.
Add
rest
of ingredients. Beat well.
Pour
into
greased 11 x 16 x 2-inch pan.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
Ice when cool.
