Coconut Custard Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs, beaten slightly
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 2/3 c. milk
    1 c. shredded coconut
Preparation
    Beat milk, salt, sugar and nutmeg into eggs.
    Add coconut. Pour into chilled pastry-lined pie pan.
    Bake for 15 minutes at 450\u00b0.
    Reduce heat to 350\u00b0 and bake for 30 minutes or until knife inserted comes out clean.
