Sausage Crumble - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. Owens sausage
    2 c. chopped celery
    1 c. chopped onion
    1 can water chestnuts, drained and chopped
    1 can chicken noodle soup
    1 c. water
    1 small can mushroom pieces
    salt and pepper to taste
    2/3 c. raw rice
    1 c. boiling water
Preparation
    Brown sausage. Drain most of the drippings. Saute onion and celery in drippings.
    Add water chestnuts, soup, rice and 1 cup of water. Season. Add mushroom pieces and sausage. Mix well. Add 1 cup boiling water. Grease a casserole. Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 1 hour.
