Hamburg Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. hamburg
    1/4 c. rice
    1 qt. tomato juice or tomatoes
    1 c. tomato paste
    1 onion, diced
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Brown hamburg and onion; drain.
    Mix with other ingredients and simmer 2 to 4 hours.
