Spinach Rice Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. rice
    1/2 c. bottled Italian salad dressing
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1/2 tsp. sugar
    2 c. fresh spinach, cut into thin strips
    1/2 c. cut celery
    1/2 c. sliced green onions (including tops)
    1/2 c. crumbled crisp bacon
Preparation
    Cook rice according to package directions.
    Transfer to large bowl.
    Cool slightly.
    Combine dressing, soy sauce and sugar. Stir into warm rice.
    Cover and chill.
    Fold in remaining ingredients before serving.
    Makes 6 to 8 servings.
