Diabetic Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (15 oz.) can crushed pineapple (in own juice)
    1 large box instant sugar-free pudding
    1 (16 oz.) carton plain yogurt
    1 (12 oz.) carton Cool Whip
Preparation
    Mix yogurt and pudding together.
    Add pineapple and mix well. Fold in Cool Whip.
    Cover and refrigerate.
