Martha Pafford'S Sawmill Gravy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    2 Tbsp. flour
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1 c. water
Preparation
    Place oil in frypan on medium-high.
    Add flour; brown lightly. Add beaten eggs, stirring, then add water.
    Salt and pepper to taste.
    Serve hot over grits or biscuits.
    If too thick, add more water.
