Beef Brisket - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 trimmed beef brisket
    1/2 c. water
    1/2 c. Worcestershire sauce
    1/2 c. soy sauce
    1/2 c. liquid smoke
Preparation
    Simmer in covered pan on top of stove for 4 to 4 1/2 hours. Every hour, turn brisket over.
    Last hour, end with fat side down. Serve with broth from pan.
